What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

What countries or regions do we ship to?

We ship to all European Union countries.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. In Italy, we expect you to receive your order within 2-4 business days for express shipping and 4-6 business days for standard shipping.

For the rest of Europe, estimated delivery times vary from 3-6 working days.

We would like to point out that our products contain natural ingredients and as they are not always in stock, there may be shipping delays, although we strive to avoid them. In case of delays, we will inform you promptly.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by creating an account on our site.


  • Click the profile icon in the navigation bar to log in to your account.

  • Enter your email address in the corresponding field and click 'Continue'.

  • Open the email sent by VB skincare and copy the six-digit verification code provided.

  • Return to our online site and enter your verification code.

Within your session, you will be able to view the updated status of your order and access shipping details.

What is our returns policy?

Returns can be made following the guidelines set out in our returns policy, available on this site. Once you have read the policy:

Click on the profile icon in the shop navigation:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter your six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
  8. Click on Request return.

If your return request is approved by VB skincare, you will receive an email with shipping instructions which will be at your expense. Once you return the product and if it meets the conditions of our return policy, you will receive a refund.
